We do not have a term of notice. You are allowed to cancel your subscription at any time. You can take your domain name with you as well if you prefer.

Am I allowed to transfer my current domain name and emailaddresses?

Yes! We will transfer your domain name to our servers free of charge. This allows you to keep your email addresses as well. Upon delivery we will provide you with new server settings, other than that nothing really changes.

How long will it take before I can use my website?

We will get in touch with you after you have ordered a package to discuss the next steps. You submit the content you already prepared and we take care of the rest. Within a week you are able to use your website!
